A leading global company with a shared service centre in Teesside is seeking a HR Manager to work in a generalist, challenging role.
The HR Manager will design and deliver HR strategy on a pan- European scale, working with HR leaders within the business to ensure a first-rate HR service is provided across the business. On a local level the role will implement global processes that are core to a modern HR department such as absence management, disciplinary processes and performance management. Together with this, the HR Manager will also work at an operational level, conducting disciplinaries, managing recruitment and reporting on figures such as attrition.
Candidates should have experience of generalist HR from a services environment, with a degree or equivalent in HR or Business Studies. CIPD membership would be beneficial, as would European experience
