Our Client, based in the Blyth area is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to work within their small office. Experience with the Sage Line 50 package is essential, dealing with the accounts process from start to finish. Occasional payroll for the company on the Sage product will also be necessary.
The role itself will involve working with;
• Nominal, Sales and Purchase Ledgers,
• Minimal Stock control,
• Reconciliations of payments,
• Month end, year end,
• Invoicing clients and producing company invoices,
• Client accounts management.
The company will be training the correct candidate in their specific processes over the course of a 6 month period, where they will shadow the current employee that manages the Bookkeeping. This will guarantee full competence in the systems for when the current Bookkeeper retires early next year.

• Full time, permanent
• Very flexible working hours (full time hours can be completed over 4 days of your own choice)
• Accounts packages used: Sage Line 50, Sage Payroll.
