Our client is a global leader in the production of key products for the food industry. They are currently looking to recruit 1 possibly 2 multi-skilled maintenance technicians. If you are time served with a minimum of ONC or equivalent in a relevant discipline then please read on...
THE ROLE
* Will be required to do PPM and project work alongside the rest of the team
* Follow on with any checks from previous shift
* May be required to travel to other sites rarely
* Will be working on 2 - 3 projects a month
* Responsible for Department areas and any contractors which come on site
* Will be working on boiler house, effluent plant and water softener room to name a few
* Will be working with temperature control, invertors, PLC's (Modicom and Mitsubishi) and pneumatics
THE PERSON
* Must be time served with a minimum of ONC or equivalent in a relevant discipline
* Will ideally have experience in food industry or food waste but not essential
* The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to think on their feet and see a job through
* Willing to work on call out system when needed
THE PACKAGE
* £22,500 (Multi-skilled with Bias) - £23,500 (Fully Multi-skilled)
* 2 Shifts, 6 - 2 & 2 - 10, possibly 10 - 6 in the future
* Pension (money purchase)
* Life assurance after 3 months
* 30 days hols inc. stats after 2 years rises to 33 days hols inc stats
