Minimum 6 months sales experience, with proven track record, within an outbound sales environment.
· To prospect new customers by building rapport, fact finding and having sales conversations with prospective new customers which maximise sales opportunities.
· To sell lead products in a way that optimises revenue whilst supporting the Brand Values, by making outbound calls.
· To build a prospect database by actively collecting future contract end dates and customer movements.
· To ensure that a fixed percentage of sales are converted to direct debit in order to protect the companies cash flow position.
· To ensure that the cancellation rate is kept to a minimum.
· To accurately complete data entry to ensure customers reach net gain and billable status.
· To work in a structured and productive way to achieve a minimum number of dials/time on line per day.
· To work in line with company values and ethics, and operate in a way that minimises risk to the business customer base.
· To maintain a high level of product and process competence
