An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced bookkeeper to join a busy accountancy practice in Newcastle.
Working for a number of clients, your main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Production and analysis of monthly management accounts
* P & L and Balance Sheet
* Preparation of annual Budget and monitoring during the year, reporting monthly on any variances of both income and expenditure
* Production of weekly management reports and monthly executive reports
* Internal and external audits and archiving of financial information
* Bank reconciliation and petty cash
* Cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheet forecasts
* VATreturns
* Sales and purchase ledger
* Full income and expenditure analysis, reporting on variances
* Full year end procedures
Candidates must have experience within a similar role and be competent using Sage. Previous experience within an accountancy practice wouls be preferable but not essential.
