Job Description
The role will involve looking after company and clients accounts, they will have regular contact with the client, so they must have a good telephone manner, good custmer service experience and IT literate. The candidate will be working within a busy office and therefore needs to be a team player. The candidate must have strong people skills and must have excellent attentiom to detail.
Previous experience required both in customer service and account management, the candidate must have
strong people skills and have be IT literate. The candidate must be able to multi task, and have a strong telephone manner.
