Job Description
Coordinating, maintaining and administering reward programmes and cycles to meet company and legal requirements. Managing relationships with benefit suppliers to ensure day to day processes and systems are efficient, effective and fit for purpose. Communicating professionally and clearly reward programmes to the business to ensure understanding and employee engagement. Producing statistical analysis, interpreting the results to produce succinct reports and advice to ensure accurate data is received by key stakeholders on time. Working with relevant HR team to improve the overall reward by clearly communicating with all managers.
Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
Previous reward , HR or data analytical experience.
Strong IT skills to include excel and powerpoint.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ideally experience of job evaluation and analysis ideally using HAY methodology.
