Job Description
The postholder will be responsible for carrying out duties associated with the provission of professinal patient support activities. At all times the position demands the respect of patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality. Typical duties include, general portering in a hospital enviroment, patient movement from ward to ward, assisting with romoval of bodies from ward, collection and delivery of post.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high level standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You must be able to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude. Shifts will be to cover Monday to Sunday and times to be advised. Uplifted pay rates apply between hours of 8pm and 6am and weekend work.
CRB is essential for this role along with Occupational health and Immunisation checks. Previous experience / skills are required.
