managing relationships with benefit providers, administration of employee benefit programmes. Analysis, interpretation and manipulation of data providing accurate management information. Managing and monitoring regular data cleansing exercises. Writing job descriptions using job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking.Responding to business queries in agreed timeframes. Maintaining accurate benefit statistics of employee participation. Coordinating annual salary/grading reviews identifying trends using marketplace and competitor analysis. Participating in surveys including data submission or commissioning bespoke surveys on behalf of internal clients.Benchmarking salaries to ensure competitiveness.
Providing grading/job pricing data and insight using established methodology and any Ad hoc reward projects.

Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
Previous reward , HR or data analytical experience.
Strong IT skills to include excel and powerpoint.
Exceptional organisational skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ideally experience of job evaluation and analysis ideally using HAY methodology.
