Job Description
Taking inbound calls from customers with a view to selling products/services. Explain the features of the product/service and sell the benefits and look for opportunities to cross sell additional products. Explain different options/prices/quotes to customers. Update customer files after each call. Deal with none sales related queries.
Must have inbound sales experience, must be motivated and familiar with working in a target driven role. Excellent telephone manner with good communication skills. Must have keyboard experience and possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
Inbound Sales experience, good telephone and communication skills along with good PC skills
