My client is looking for an effective communicator with the ability to organise and support the other members of the team.

The ideal candidate would be from a background of working in Insurance.

Job Description:

Reporting to the office supervisor, the successful applicant
will undertake a variety of tasks including:-

Providing Sales and Administrative service to existing customers.

Assisting in the implementation of Sales & Marketing plans.

Campaigns and initiatives to assist in achieving sales targets.

Carrying out routine administrative duties, as required.

Personal Specification:

We are looking for somebody who:

Can develop and maintain good relationships with both clients and staff.

Is able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with clients, work
contacts and colleagues.

Is able to problem solve, where appropriate, and able to use own judgement to make decisions on areas within scope of knowledge and authority, but also knows when to refer to more senior staff.
