Job Description
This grand house is currently recruiting a CDP PASTRY CHEF. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, yet just five minutes from the centre of town the property has been sympathetically converted into a stylish, contemporary hotel.
The role
Our clients are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join this highly professional brigade. You will, under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of deserts, breads and petit fours etc for the restaurant and functions. Applicants are expected to have experience in a previous similar quality background of minimum 2 AA rosette standard and be a creative individual to work in the pastry section of this busy kitchen.
