Anyone for Golf? Calling all you keen golfers out there.

A Chef de Partie with excellent all round skills and knowledge is required by a hotel and Golf Complex.

Beautifully located amidst acres of countryside this 3* Hotel would like to recruit a Chef de Partie, to work within their multi outlet kitchen. The establishment boasts 2 restaurants and banqueting for up to 400 covers, which are popular with a wide range of cliental.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen, assisting the senior chefs in the successful running of the establishment. The position would suit an individual who have a desire to learn and progress and those who really thrive under pressure in a busy multi outlet environment. Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience required: Previous Chef de Partie experience in a multi-outlet establishment is essential for this position, applicants must be comfortable with quality volume cooking. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
