CUSTOMER ADVISOR - BUSINESS SERVICES
Main Duties

- {.}} Ensure property solutions\' level of service targets for all searches are met
{ 2.}Ensure that information provided to customers is accurate and presented in agreed formats and that appropriate fees are charged
{ 3.}Deal with and resolve enquiries from customers in a professional and prompt manner, ensuring that all commitments given to the customer are fulfilled
{ 4.}Answer specific and non-routine requests accordingly
{ 5.}Regularly monitor queries awaiting cheques and plans
{ 6.}Pursue and deal with incorrectly addressed requests and underpayments as well as actively returning and processing overpayments in the correct manner
{ 7.}Ensure that completed searches are recorded and filed efficiently and accurately
{ 8.}Develop a positive network of relationships with interdependent teams within NWL, to ensure full co-operation when seeking information on behalf of customers
{ 9.}Work with colleagues within the team to ensure that workloads are shared evenly and that a supportive, collaborative approach is taken at all times
{ 10.}In addition: line managers may request employees to carry out other reasonable tasks in line with operational needs.
This role is 37 hrs per week working between 8am-5pm payrate is £7per hour, the estimated end for this assignment is 02/07/2010.
