Occupational Therapist - Stockton

We are currently looking for a Occupational Therapist in the Stockton on Tees area. This specialised facility provides dedicated short and long term assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents between the ages of 10 to 18 years, whose behaviour challenges other services and environments.

The young people the hospital treats have a range of learning disabilities, including autistic spectrum disorders, ADHD and multiple learning disabilities. We believe that identifying the condition and providing the highest standard of educational and therapeutic care as early as possible is vital in helping children to achieve their potential and progress academically. For this reason, we ensure a low staff to patient ratio in a positive and safe setting appropriate to young people\'s needs.

This post is to cover the children & adult divisions. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Occupational Therapist preferably with experience in this field.
