An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service professional with a strong automotive background. The Senior Service Advisor is an integral role in the success of the Service Department. It is essential that you have motor trade experience - this job would be ideal for an experienced Senior Service Advisor or a Service Advisor looking for a step up.

Working as part of the Service Department, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the Centre and the customer whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times.

First class customer care and communication skills are essential and you must be able to interact with customers in a professional manner, identify and understand their requirements and develop relationships with all levels of staff, customers and visitors.
