Job Description
Our client is the UK’s largest independent supplier of automotive aftermarket products and a leading organisation within the motor industry. They operate a regional network of nearly 200 branches, delivering a full range of automotive and commercial vehicle products to the automotive aftermarket.
A Telesales / Counter Sales / Parts Advisor is required for their Durham branch and this is a key customer facing role in a busy general components operation. You’ll enjoy a broad mix of telephone and counter sales duties as well as assisting in other areas of the branch as and when required.
With a related motor trade / aftermarket background and a good knowledge of automotive parts, you must be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to demonstrate first class customer service skills, showing plenty of initiative and an enthusiastic approach. Therefore experience of working in a frontline customer service role, while thinking on your feet and upselling would be a definite advantage.
For the role of Parts Advisor / Telesales the salary is c£15,500 plus bonus.
