Job Description
Our Client, a well known high street bank is looking for a Personal Banker to join their team. You will draw on all your expertise and training to offer customers products and services that fit their needs. Most of your time will be spent building trusted relationships with individual customers so you can develop an understanding of how to help them. You\'ll then work closely with the other specialists in your branch to provide the best solution for the customers. You will be a customer focused individual who knows how to deliver great customer service, while also being able to identify appropriate sales opportunities so you can meet deadlines and targets. Your outstanding interpersonal skills are backed up by a broad knowledge of banking products and services. Self motivated, you are also able to work well in a team both by supporting others and accepting feedback. You will be able to keep your eye on trends in the local area so you can remain competitive.
You will have 2 years experience in a face to face sales role, banking experience is desirable. A people person, you work well in a target driven environment and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service. You must be able to pass a credit check in order to apply for this role.
