| A superb opportunity has arisen for experienced Customer Relations Advisors to work for a leading banking organisation. Managing your own case load of retail banking complaints, your role will be to manage, investigate and resolve the case in line with banking guidelines and procedures while ensuring you deliver an outstanding service to the customer. As the ideal candidates you will be highly customer focused, with excellent communication skills and superb problem solving ability. You must have experience of handling customer complaints both verbal and written and ideally you will also have retail banking experience although this is not essential. You must be flexible to work a rotational shift pattern between 7am and 11pm, Monday to Sunday – not working more than 5 days and 35 hours per week.
