Based in Darlington our client is looking to recruit an individual with a background in IT Helpdesk support.

The prime responsibility of this role is to log, progress and resolve support calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.

The role will involve assigning calls as required and to manage these to a prompt resolution. This is a diverse role which offer the right individual to progress within a national organisation.
