This is an excellent opportunity for experienced B2B sales management people. The role is to manage and develop a team of telesales executives to enable high quality sales and customer service, and achieving and exceeding all appropriate targets. You will be accountable for team performance management, targets and quality management. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years sales management in a B2B environment, and a proven track record in telesales and team management. You will be an exceptional motivator, with excellent interpersonal, commercial and communication skill, combined with the ability to coach and develop effectively.
