| Banking Case Advisors. We are looking for case advisors to deal with customer complaints that come through by post. You will have experience of dealing with complaints and be able to resolve them as a point of contact for the customer. You will have previous experience of dealing with the customers in a face to face basis or over the phone. You will have excellent communication and written skills and always deliver excellent customer service. £14425 or £17170 depending on experience.
