| We are currently looking to recruit a number of production operators for our manufacturing facility in Washington. Previous experience of working in a production environment either in a packing function or as a machine operator is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. Applicants should be self motivated and able to work on their own initiative with the minimum of supervision and team players with a high degree of flexibility together with a meticulous attitude towards the quality and output of their work. Knowledge of ‘lean’ manufacturing techniques and delivering performance against agreed KPI’s will be advantageous. Full details relating to working hours and rates of pay will be discussed at interview stage. All roles will be permanent and dayshift.
