Chef is on the lookout for an individual who can cook to 1 or 2 rosette level, manage the brigade when needs arrive and to maintain our standards.
You must be able to demonstrate the mastery of all classic preperations and applications (there is a short working trial) and be competant in the latest ingredient that will complement a menu based around great local produce.
