Major Recruitment are seeking an Administrator to assist in an internal position to work in central Darlington -shortly relocating to Middlesbrough for an ongoing temporary contract.
The role encompasses dealing with candidates over the phone and face to face, client liaison, reception duties, database administration, filing, data entry as well as assisting the Recruitment Consultants in sourcing candidates for vacancies.
Major Technical Services deal with Mechanical, Engineering and Technical vacancies on both a temporary and permanent basis and as such candidates that have an awareness or understanding of Engineering and Trades would be preferable.
If you have an excellent telephone manner, significant data entry, administration and customer services experience then we are keen to hear from you. Due to the nature of Major Technical’s business you will often be working to tight deadlines and under pressure to aid fulfilling our clients’ requirements.
It would be beneficial that candidates have some recruitment sector experience. Due to the site of relocation you will be required to have your own transport.
Hours of work are 08.30- 17.30 Monday to Friday with a pay rate of between £7.00- £9.00 per hour depending upon experience.
