My client are looking for Customer Relations advisors to join their growing department. If you are looking for a role with variety, a great atmosphere and progression then this is the role for you.
You will be the main point of contact for your customers and investigate complaints that come through by post. You will have previous experience of dealing with complaints either in a face to face, over the phone or via written correspondence.
