We are looking for case advisors to deal with customer complaints that come through by post. You will have experience of dealing with complaints and be able to resolve them as a point of contact for the customer.
You will have previous experience of dealing with the customers in a face to face basis or over the phone. You will have excellent communication and written skills and always deliver excellent customer service.
£14425 or £17170 depending on experience.
Hours: 7-11 Mon- Sun on a rotational shift pattern of 7am-3pm or 3pm- 11pm.
You will also be able to pass a full credit check.
